Eligibility: The "Give Thanks for Loved Ones" Brain Health Contest (the "Promotion") sponsored by Dakim Inc. and AlzheimersWeekly.com is open only to legal residents of the Fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited. Nominees must be 55 or older. Employees of Dakim, Inc. and AlzheimersWeekly.com as well as their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members are not eligible. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

5. Prizes: Five total winners will be selected. One winner will be selected by random drawing from among the Email Address Contest entrants, and four winners will be selected from the Essay Contest entrants. Each winner will receive a Dakim BrainFitness System, including the Dakim touch screen computer appliance, pre-loaded activities, and a year's worth of online activity updates (value $2,500). No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of any prizes is permitted, except by Sponsor. Prizes will be awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied offered by Sponsor.
   
   
6. Validation: Proof of identity, age and accuracy of information in nomination essay must be provided by winners upon request.
   
   
7. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes consent of nominator and nominee to Sponsor's use of name, nomination essay, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown, state, likeness and photograph for promotional purposes in any media (including AlzheimersWeekly.com) without further payment or consideration. 8. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
   
   
9.
