Our quarterly newsletter, [m]Power Community, gives residents an inside look at new exercises in production, helpful hints to enhance their play experience, introduces them to the Dakim creative team, and provides a reminder to keep their minds sharp.

How fast is my Internet connection?

Your Internet connection must be fast enough to accommodate the download requirements for the [m]Power. While most DSL and cable connections are adequate, a dial-up modem connection is not sufficient.

Cleaning your [m]Power

Dakim provides a supply of cleaning wipes which are suitable for all surfaces on the [m]Power including the touchscreen. When you need additional wipes, please call Dakim Customer Service at (800) 970-5067 to order more.

WARNING: Most cleaning products contain chemicals that will harm the touchscreen and finish of the [m]Power. Use of any cleaning product not approved by Dakim will void the warranty.

If you are interested in purchasing accessories for your [m]Power e-mail us at purchase@dakim.com or call this number (800) 970-5067 to discuss your unique situation with one of our support staff. We are confident we can offer some helpful solutions.

Service and Support

If your facility does not have a fulltime IT professional on staff, we can provide support and solutions to many questions via telephone, or we can arrange to have a Dakim IT Professional visit your facility to check the internet connectivity of your facility and help you to set up your [m]Power program.
