Q-1: Do I need an Internet connection to use the Dakim BrainFitness ?
A: Yes! Dakim BrainFitness units update their content each night, so users will constantly see new, fresh content that keeps them coming back for more. To accomplish this, each Dakim BrainFitness will need to be connected to the Internet during our download window, which normally takes place overnight. For optimum performance with minimum maintenance, we recommend that you keep your Dakim BrainFitness units connected to the Internet (and turned on) at all times, if possible.
A: Yes! New content is downloaded and automatically installed, via the Internet regularly, as often as every day or two. Our fresh, entertaining content, which is constantly being created and customized for our users, is the key to making the Dakim BrainFitness fun and beneficial!
A: There is no need for the Dakim BrainFitness units to be connected to the Internet during the day while they are in use, but whenever possible, we recommend they remain connected simply to ensure that they are ready for the download window, thereby eliminating the need for staff to disconnect and reconnect them each day. (In home use, the download occurs at the conclusion of a session, so the unit needs to be connected to the Internet immediately after use and before it is powered-off).
