Suggestions & tips for [m]PowerADMIN administrators
Dear Administrators and Staff,
Thank you all so much for your positive feedback and suggestions! More improvements to [m]Power are in the works.
This month, we will be removing the [m]Power Question Totals screen that displays at the end of each session. This “tally sheet”, which reflected the totals number of exercises completed by domain, has proved confusing to some players. We hope to replace them with some form of statistical feedback that will be more meaningful to [m]Power participants, and of course we will let you know when this feature has been added!
Maintaining [m]Power Participation at Your Community
Here are three things you can do, that many communities have found successful:
- Keep newsletters, user information forms, suggestion forms, and other paper materials readily available and on display for residents to pick up as needed (additional copies available on Dakim's Support page).
- Schedule [m]Power-specific orientations for new residents, and invite current players to attend and share their experiences.
- Check on [m]Power usage at your community via user reports on [m]Power Admin - if you see that some registered residents have either never played or are playing infrequently, remind them that they can empower themselves to promote their brain health by playing [m]Power® on a regular basis! And ask an already active player to help them out!

The newest issue of the [m]Power Community Newsletter will be arriving at your community within the next few weeks. [m]Players can look forward to learning more about the cognitive domains [m]Power exercises, new games, and answers to frequently asked questions. We hope that these newsletters will assist you in continuing to encourage your residents to participate in [m]Power on a regular basis, a vital part of protecting their brain health.
Here at Dakim, we are always pleased to hear your feedback, suggestions, and anecdotal [m]Power stories— so, please, keep them coming, we would love to hear from you!

New [m]Players
If you have residents who are starting the [m]Power program for the first time we have found that the first few sessions are critical to their continued interest. If you can encourage your residents to commit to 15 sessions over 21 days or 25 sessions over 40 days, they will be off to a great start in making [m]Power a healthy habit.
Additional Supplies
If you need additional headphones, disinfectant screen wipes or anything else for your [m]Power we can help. Send us an email with your needs and we will contact you to discuss the details, just click here or call us at (800) 856-5502.
