Open Source Software
 

In accordance with the General Public License (GPL) version 2, Dakim is pleased to provide the source code for all GPL software that ships on Dakim BrainFitness devices. Since Dakim uses Ubuntu Linux on the Dakim BrainFitness devices you may download all open-source software Dakim uses from www.ubuntu.com. Additionally, if you would like a set of 4 DVDs containing the source code to the GPL software Dakim uses, you may send a written request to:

You will be charged a fee of $15 US per DVD for reproduction and shipping and handling costs, as allowed by the GPL version 2. Make sure that you include a bank-certified check for $60 in US Dollars. If the DVDs are being shipped to a California address, Dakim must charge 8.25% sales tax, for a total of $64.95.

To date, Dakim has not modified the open source software used on the Dakim BrainFitness System. If Dakim modifies any open source software used on the Dakim BrainFitness System, we will post a notice to that effect here. Any changes will be available on DVDs by written request, sent to us at the address listed above.
